Hi CEC2013! Can't we use UPS or DHL especially for PPR? I've lots of experince with Canada Post too about missing documents. My Tax retrun and Canada child tax benefits. They're just so unreliable right now.
Hey. Yea, of course, you can use any courier you want.... chandn was asking about Xpress Post, so I offered info on my personal experience with them. As for PPR, I truly cant say what would be best, since I havent gone through that. With more valuable items, I think I too would trust UPS more. DHL has disappointed me a few times in the past, so I try not to use them. But, UPS has been quite good.

CIC will not use registered mail or postage coupons. If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, CIC will return your passport by regular mail. You have to use Canada Xpresspost as the return envelope. You can use any courier service to send your passports though. Hope this is clear.

CIC missed one of my X-Rays and my DMP and I had to send them a note to consider that.
Now they confirmed that this X-Ray has been considered and no other tests are pending.

However, they also said that we will let you know the medical results shortly.

My ecas do not show medical has been received, although it shows In Process.

Can someone help me what should I expect?

aartish, since CIC confirmed that they will consider the x-ray and no other tests are pending, I can only hope that the next step is PPR. I know that it is easy for me to say this but I really wish that you get your PPR soon..All the very best my friend...

Needed Help to me..

I got my GCMS notes today..But I observed issues in that according to my employment.. How to resolve those.. I am waiting for valuable suggestions

Office: CPP Ottawa
TEXT:
Foss/GCMS check: no adverse info. Temporary resident status authorized during CEC qualifying period. Civil staus: married, spouse declared. Work Experience: Noc 217 declared, Software Engineer for XXX company from 2010/05/07 to 2012/11/05, according to employment letter. Duties listed in letter are vague and do not clearly match NOC declared. Employment letter states that the PA earns CAD $40000/a but the PA's NOA for 2011 shows earnings of only $22701, and for 2010 shows earnings of only $18832. No explanation of this difference is offered in employment letter or elsewhere. Finally, the employment letter itself appears to have been issued by someone in India. It is unclear how the signatory is in a position to confirm he nature of the PA's employment in Canada. Supporting docs appear insufficient to demonstrate two years of experience in this NOC code. Language: IELTS submitted, meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level. Education: No canadian credential granted. All required PCs received and there seems to be no A35/36/37 concerns evident. No additional docs required at this time.

Please suggest how to answer this.

Do you have a justification for the discrepancies?

Did you send the 2010 + 2011 NOAs with your file application, or they actually found them? I think you are only supposed to send the latest NOA - not sure why you sent more than one.

My medical report and RCMP have been submitted to cic last week. There is no update on ECAS status, still application received.

Can i send a mail to ask them whether they have received those documents?

Thanks

Hello Nov 2012 applicants,

Anybody got medical request in September? Based on the tracker, I only see MRs in July and August, but none in September. At at the same time, only 3 Dec 2012 applicants (1 in sept) and 1 Jan 2013 applicant have received MR so far.

Unless people who got MR are not in the forum, I feel that processing has been temporarily put on hold / slowed down :(

Hoping for some good news.

Please update forum and tracker when you see an update on your application.

Regards,

Hi Chandn,

You can send a mail to CIC and ask if they received the documents. I send a mail to them regarding RCMP receipt and they acknowledged the receipt of RCMP. Also can you please tell me which VO requested it? In my case it was JP5777.

Thanks
