It still says Application Received and i already got GCMS notes once in June and nothing was started at that time.. bit scared to apply for second one..

One of my friend has got his MR recently whose GCMS notes a week before was only criminality was In Progress, rest were not started.. He applied after me under same NOC but I haven't got MR yet though as per my last GCMS notes, eligibility is recommended passed.. Wonder in what way/order they send MR.. In fact even an another friend of mine has got his MR who applied after me..

Many folks who applied in December and few people who applied in Jan have already got MR. I applied in Jan 2013 - I didnt get MR yet.

I guess CPP-Ottawa is playing some kind of board game - pick a random file and assess it.
