Hello, would anyone have any suggestions which NOC a Site Screner for a Hospital would fall under? The Lead Statement & Job Duties of that role are as follows:

The Site Screener works in a team-based environment to provide an informative and respectful presence at site entrances ensuring that established site access procedures and guidelines are followed with an emphasis on safety and infection prevention and control protocols. The Site Screener is responsible for greeting and engaging with all individuals accessing the site including patients, employees, deliveries, and contractors, to ensure their attendance at the site is essential, communicate established entrance guidelines, and ensure non-essential visitors understand and follow entrance restrictions

Duties & Accountabilities

 Verifies the identity of individuals presenting at site entrances through respectful direct communication and identifies if their access to the site is essential:
o Employees, Medical Staff, and Care Providers - verifying documentation such as checking employee identification and confirming working relationship to the site.
o Patients, Outpatients, and Essential Visitors - identifying information such as relevant documentation, appointment details, and patient visitor access forms.
o Deliveries, Contractors, Lab Services - identifying details of visit such as requisitions, relevant documents, and confirming purpose of visit with site unit.

 Screens each individual accessing the site by following established and documented processes such as administering symptom screening questionnaires and scripts, and following established infection prevention and control guidelines.
 Explains established infection prevention protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and criteria, and proper hand hygiene techniques to staff and visitors.
 In accordance with established procedures, directs essential patients and employees to assessment/testing centers, notifying other appropriate site personnel as required, and provides further directions to patients and essential visitors regarding the location of various departments and services.
 Using effective communication skills, explains site access restrictions to individuals, and follows relevant safety/security procedures, violence prevention/de-escalation orientation and cultural safety training guidelines; engages security personnel according to site procedures as necessary.
 Ensures that patients and visitors are following safe physical distancing measures in accordance with established Public Health guidelines, such as lining up to enter the site or at information desks and the need to maintain physical distancing.
 Follows established communication channels to raise concerns to site leadership.
 Follows current direction and criteria for usage (donning and doffing) of personal protective equipment (PPE)
and for providing PPE to staff, outpatients, essential patient escorts, and visitors.
 Maintains a clean workspace by following established cleaning procedures.
 Sorts and files forms and documents as required.

Look at NOC 1414. I'm not sure if that's the right one. However what you've described is definitely a NOC C role.
