NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

Is the news solid? I am a Dec. 1st applicant and my agent is in Canada, but I just called them and was told of no returned package yet.

If this is the case, then cic needs to issue an official statement or order their call center agents to inform people of this development.
Although i'm still expecting a miracle.

CIC will not issue any update on FSW 2014 program (They have officially mentioned it)

All these six people called to CIC call center and recevied infromation.

I also like to have a miracle , but we need to face for reality.

hello everyone,
Its so sad nut unfortunately 2281 its capped.Its offically declared today by an CIC agent.I talk with this agent for about 15 minutes and asked about my application and all who applied.Its been capped after 20 nov thats he told me.Whoever got charged after 20 nov will get an email from CIC explaining that noc has been capped and will get their refund.All applications after 20 nov has been returned already.Hope we all get out file back soon.I wish all the best to all my friends under 2281 to apply in Express Entry and hope to see you in canada soon.

I called up twice to verify if it was true. Yes, it is true - that the NOC 2281 has been capped out on Nov. 20.
I myself am a Nov. 21 applicant - I know the immense pain by missing it with 1 day.

CIC always select applicant carefully.... according to two applicant rejection after 20th November the cap seems full.. hope for the best and best of luck to all
