NOC 1122 - After 26 July 2010 JOIN HERE PLEASE

I am New Zealand citizen working for Retail Company Marketing & Advertisement Department as Analyst for last six years. Can I apply under NOC 1122?? Please help.

did you send your all documents to CIO Sedney NS Canada ( CIO and SGVO Checklist ) ? or also to VISA office Singapore as per checklist

Hi himelocean,

Yes, I sent all docs listed in the CIO checklist and my VO checklist. But my VO is not Singapore, mine is New Delhi. But regardless of what VO you choose, you have to send all docs to Sydney, NS, Canada listed in the CIO as well as VO checklist. Hope this helps.

Thanks . You know 18th July CANADA implement new application form ( Validation and BAR code ) , and I have to prove for relative in Canada with nacessary papers like birth , marriage , etc. certificate , before 18th July 2011 it was only submit the passport photo copy thats all .

Really!? I thought proof of relationship (like birth,marriage certificates etc..) were even required prior to 18th July. I know new rules can sometimes delay your applications. But, try to send it asap. Wish you the best! Update us when you send yours out.

I'm new to this forum (first post )

I'm planning to apply under NOC 1122. I have worked as a marketing officer for one year. My main duties included:

• Planning and implementing ad campaigns
• Generating creative ideas and concepts
• Dealing with advertising agencies
• Inspecting designs and editing text
• Coordinating promotional activities

My understanding is that these duties are similar to those of an advertising campaign organizer. Do you think I'm illegible?

Hi Experts,

I dispatched my application under NOC 1122 on 4th July 2011 from India which was delivered on 8th July 2011. I have seen few posts on internet where application was sent after 15th July 2011 but the credit cards are already charged. My CC is not charged yet. Does that mean my application is not going to be processed

Is there anyone who applied after 1st July 2011 and CC is already charged.

vj200 i'm in the same boat. So, don't know what to tell you.... I sent mine on July 4th and reached CIO on July 8th. My CC hasn't been charged yet either. I applied myself. What about you? Did you use an agent? I'm not sure what's taking this long...even I've started to believe that my application has been rejected due to some reason....don't know how true...... we can just wait and see, I guess.....
I did email CIO to check on the status of my application and I got a response back from them last week asking me for my Date of Birth. I replied back with the information and I haven't heard back since. Once I get a response from them, will surely update you all.

May be they are processing country wise, just a wid guess. All the applicants whose CC's charged are from European countries. No I also didn't use any consultant. Lets hope for the best. All the best to both of us

Unfortunately, its not country wise. I'm sure about that, because my sister sent her application on July 2nd and reached CIO a day before mine on July 7th. Her CC was charged on August 9th. We both applied from Kuwait :S

It could be that single applicants are getting processed faster than family? Don't know.... wild guesses all around....
