On the medical forms, the following are listed to be checked by the doctor:
A. Findings that are unremarkable or minor conditions wc normally respond well to short term office/outpatient treatment.
B. Findings that require periodic specialist follow up care but which normally can be handled without resorting to repeated hospitalisation or the provisions of social services.
C.Findings that may require more extensive investigations or care.

I just thot I should share, I hope this is useful.

Eweso O e yin temi!

Let me start by saying "Happy New Year to everyone". It's been quite a while i visited the forum and i am really sorry about that. It was caused by a combination of various factors. Things have not been easy in Nigeria lately especially for those of us that are self-employed, have not had access to the internet for quite some time- had to suspend my internet subscription because i was not getting value for my money because of the poor service i was offered and also decided to take some time off from the wahala of this Immigration amongst others. I will try as much as possible to visit the forum more often.

Let me also use this medium to congratulate every one from Sanusi for his family landing to Elijo and Ladipo4luv for their PR receival to Madam Tinu, Vikolo, tokszeee, kcsider and every other person i did not mention. IRE A kari gbogbo wa o (We will all be partakers of the blessing).

I decided to check up on Immigration matters today when i got access to the internet only for me to see the addition of the magic line in my E-cas. Finally a ray of light. I can see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Congratulation, the good news appears to be the main reason we have you back. I pray more of it will bring all of us in here. I observe that it appears the VO's are trying to clear the Pre-june backlogs. those of the Pre-june bracket that is not attended to in this bracket will be migrated forward, while the cycle moves to the MI3 and later MI's. Then the Pre Feb 2008.

we all should remain calm and be focus on our businesses. The bell will ring at any time for the MR and the PPR. Keep loading your account o. we will all need it out there. I learnt that CAD are not growing on the trees out there. And the desired jobs are not readily available it has to be squeezed out.

Happy for all.

Hi, as far as I know the points is based on each ability:
Highest point is 4 if you score
6.5 - 9.0 speaking
7.5 - 9.0 listening
6.5 - 9.0 reading and
6.5 - 9.0 writing
If you fall within this range, you can claim 16 points. With overall bad of 7 (even though I don't know the breakdown), it mitt not be necessary to retake the test. So just calculate accordingly and see if you are well of the 67 immigration points, if you are short, then maybe IELTS is the only way to increase the points for FSW eligibility. Hope this helps.

What category does your application fall in? FSW? PNP? ??
If it's FSW, your original mailing should have been to CIC in Nova Scotia, Canada.
There are a few peculiarities with the other categories I am sure.
So you essentially have to clarify these things to know what you should be doing differently!!
Good luck.

Are you going to extend your UK residence? If not, you should have stated Accra cos remember out file goes to the VO stated on app. Not sure even if it is FSW or PNP. That aside, you will have issues with passport request at the final stage unless you are willing to make a trip to London solely for visa stamping (don't know if you post ur passport though).
