Overview

Reporting to the A&D Sales Manager with a dotted lines to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external resources to deliver profitable projects on time and on budget.

Leads [Initiating]
-Manage projects leads using "Reed" Construction data
-Pass A&D leads on to A&D Sales Manager and contact Contractors that have been awarded jobs
-Estimating, Quoting and Budgeting [Planning]
-For supply of product: estimate project pricing and prepare quotes
-For cut to size: estimate and prepare quotes in coordination with Montreal's fabrication shop or external fabricators
-Place special orders in coordination with Sales Reps and Purchasing
-Prepare and manage the plan and budget for each project

Shipping and Quality Control [Executing]
-Service Contractors assigned to projects in coordination with Contractor's Sales Rep
-Ensure product is shipped on schedule
