My ecas status is still "In Process"

I have recieved an email from chc ndvo, that we want to further review your application before finalization of visa. At this time we cant give you any definite time frame for this and also assure you that proceedings are going on your application.

What does it mean? How much more time Chc will take? I have few days in my hand...please share

It seems that they are working on your file. May be they will not ask for medicals again. Even if they ask they may not take long to give you a decision. Seeing the mail from the CHC which you have received, this is just what I feel. As per the time frame no one knows what to except from them. It depends from person to person. Be positive and keep saying that you will get a positive result soon. As they say 'faith can move mountains', so keep faith and be positive.

no reply from CHC so far. I need to travel for officail work urgenlty...I emailed, posted the letters but no response. Can some help me to get the passports back with or without visa from CHC new delhi?

This is not a great sign....I am wondering why they are not returning our passports even without visa. I also came to know that they will not entertain to allow us into to consulate if we visit there to get our passports. I am in same trouble as you. I need passports as soon as possbile. What number you faxed to new delhi?
