I still see 19 months for India

Then how come some people has got passport request in four months as you are saying it is 19 months.
Some applicants who applied from 1st march 2016 to 14th march has got their visa. As i saw it on spreadsheet.
But nobody has got passport request after 15th march 2016.
When they will start working on applicants who has applied after 15th march 2016.

19 months is what shows on the cic website for India. The ppl who received their ppr are lucky ones. Mine is 18th Mar 2016 and still waiting so I hope they start processing our files soon.....

it means you will not receive any mail from CIC, everything will be updated in your online account only i.e if medical request or additional document is needed they will update the same in account or request for passport also will be updated in account. No email communication after linking your account.

God knows!! when they will be in the mood to work on the files applied after March 15th :
I always check the last person's entries ASingh and think how lucky he was to get his file to be processed..

seems like they are working on September files.

Dont know in which pattern they are doing files as sometime updates come for september applicant and then back May or June and sometime to December also..It seems like a lucky draw..
