I really dont understand what exactly they want, spoiling our lives. No transparency, no update. How can they separate husband wife like this. Since 10 months they blocked the passport. I am just loosing my senses to feel anything. Left job thinking that will immediately fly once VISA come but they just dont care. Its 13 months we are away from each other, 11 months since we applied. And I am just feeling like cry loud. Even god stopped listening to us. How can they do this... For them its just a target for us its abt our married life.

yeah dear they didn't understand dat its our damn married life. ..which they already destroyed. .when newly married couple stay with each other in first year of dere marriege but dese morons give us condition dat after marriege we just wait for years , months, days..just going crazy to check this stupid ecas...and ruined our married life..
just don't think too much dear...just busy urself vid other things ...or like me just attend parties... bcoz when you reached Canada you don't hv time for free all day...

an omg moment again...I received my ppt with visa on Saturday....mixed feelings of joy and sadness....leaving my country and old parents BUT very happy for my daughter and myself and my husband...this is what is life...god bless all of u...

FINALLY AFTER 14 MONTHS WE FINALLY RECD OUR PASSPORT BACK WITH SHINY VISA!!!!! YAAAAAYYYY YIPPPPPEEEEEEE im a remedical applicant...interview was end of july and remed on august 7 and passport request was august 18 and visa was issued on august 25 from CHANDIGARH!!!!! we recd their email on august 26 that they have sent our passprt back to our address and decision made updated on august 29, 2014 and this morning august 30, 2014 we got the passport!!! IM SOOO HAPPPY I CANT BELIEVE THIS FINALLY THE WAIT IS OVER!!!

i sincerely hope all of you get good news very soon!!

hey big congratss. ..so finally they clear most of may or June applicants...I think august was Lucky for remedical cases...

just go to golden temple...and take a wish for remaining applicants...now its time for our guru nanak dev ji's wedding time. ...for this special occasion babaji bless dere all childrens...

hey thanks for the response.... issue is ainp is taking too much of time and dependant visa takes around 3 months.. i just want to take chance if it goes well .... rest its on the luck....

I will be honest and blut... 99 .99 % people dont get visa if your application is already in process for spousal visa. So I would suggest not to waste all that money...

hi every1.....I m following this forum for last 15 months...........my spouse has received the remedical request on 2nd august and he has undergone the examination on 4th august......doctor has also forward the med. result to cic.................it was clearly written in the letter that once the examination has been completed, the doctor will forward it to cic......we asked doctor as well weather we need to send anything to cic...........doctor simply said no............cic has given us 60 days for remedical.........its been 25 days now.......but still no update.............plz somebody tell me weather I need to send copy of remedical to cic or no.

Hey palaki i am not expert but travelled few times from india to canada. I don't know about B4 form . As per clothing u don't have to declare anything to them. If u are taking gold more than 1 set then make a receipt from goldsmith stating weight of jewellery and u can take as much as u can with u .
