You will have to check CIC website for any changes to rules or forms. As we are all 2013 applicants, we can't be sure if there has been any changes since. But seems like CIC changes some of the forms every year.
Check the 2014 forum for New Delhi as well if you have further questions.
As far as I know, there is the rule of conditional PR for 2 years after landing in Canada before being given permanent PR status and that hasn't changed.

ecas finally got updated today to DM (about 2 days after we got the passport on March 1 morning):

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 12, 2013.
2. We started processing your application on February 25, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

they are focusing on clearing backlog right now that why if you see 2012 and pre june 2013 applicants are getting their visas, so they are working on multiple months. dont worry ad soon they get to the nerve of clearing backlog. you will see raid processing for current applications
