Listen , despite the lack of response from NDHC for emails or sending courier mail . From the interview it was apparent that they DO receive everything and add it to your application. We sent maybe 15 emails , and because of additional visits we sent 5 additional courier mail packages ( including additional photos, update phone records and other docs that we realized after applying I.e. Divorce petition) they had all these on in the file at interview. Also one thing I realized is that they don't like or actually refuse to handle any docs at the interview , cuz I think with the amount of security each person goes through and the screening of the mail and the heavy thick glass between you and them .. I think , they believe it's a security risk .
