Hello guys
I'm Sandeep n new in this forum I wanna share my cousin brother's story with you all
My brother has sent his passport for visa on 28th April 2013 n passport received by cic on
2nd may 2013.He need his visa more faster than anybody coz his wife is pregnant n her delivery date
Given by Canadian doctors is 26th August so they r suffering from this kinda shit strike of cic.

For sure u can go to India for 4 months...the law is to stay in Canada for two yrs out of every 5 year period.....

Out of every 5 yr u have to be in Canada for two year.....to keep ur PR status...

My mom-in-law is so damn worried fr me...finally she gave her verdict on ths whole issue saying

"PUTTAR SB KUCH HO JANA HAI THIK..ENNA GOREYA DA SYAPA HOYA PEYA...PATA NAI ENA MOYA NE KOI KAMM KRNA HAI K NAI...J NAI KRNA SAADE BNDEYA NU LAO TE GAL TE MITTI PAO..."

Ths certainly elevated my mood...n i ended up smiling

I also got married on 28th november2010 & New Delhi cic received file
On 12 may 2011 got letter from cic to send passport n other documents
On 21st June 2011 interview scheduled on 6sep 2011 got rejected then
Applied for appeal appeal entered on feb 2012 got date of hearing for 15 February 2013
Appeal won n file sent to New Delhi cic office on 15 march 2013 still waiting for
Cic response haven't got any single letter from cic New Delhi till today
Really frustrated from Canada embassy I had a hope to go to Canada in this June
But this strike has ruined my all dreams now

bro u shud call to cic missisauga nd get a letter from doctr.email to cic new delhi ..hope they will do something

Can i mail them again to the same address mentioning all the information including my PR Client Id number. Would this be of any help to send them the missing items, will they receive my second mail and add it to my file?
and i'm afraid that would my application be rejected only because I didn't include photos and birth certificate?

Your application won't be rejected. Wait for 2-3 weeks that's general timeline for Mississauga to send acknowledgement once they sent that file is opened... Worst case if something missing they will just send you back the application kit you submitted and ask you to add docs... They will never reject the visa for missing documents.. For now I would advice to be patient as we don't have file number sending missing docs won't reach them properly. Or you can call cic call centre from Canada and explain your situation.

the meaning is "Everythinz is goin to be alrite....these canadian's(gore) are responsible fr all ths n they are the ones creating all these problems...If at all they fell they are nt being able to resolve this strike,send few PUNJABI's there n then c hw they solve all these problems."LOL

go to change.org and search in their search tool by copying following words
"Petitioning Canadian and Immigration Canada
Canadian and Immigration Canada: Process Family Class Permanent Residency applications in a timely manner."
and it ll b d topmost result displayed ..
