Thanks... i really wish all of us get visas soon !! Life is hard you know.. Everytime I talk to my in-laws they frame me like I am an idiot for my decision of having a child before the visa... they keep saying the same thing to me.. making her more upset.... i have blown away my savings by supporting my wife and child sitting here in India... I have sent my mother to be with her... I mean this strike has turned my whole life upside down... But I love my child the most in the universe and I will do anything for him and his future.. !!

Guys...I have a question...

In this specific Forum ..we must be like 30-40 people..or lets say 60 ...who have not received their Passports back.

But im sure there are 100's of other applicants if not 1000's who must have applied in 2013 .
I am sure many of them must have received their passports back in 2013 June or maybe July.

Correct me if im wrong... but to me it just seems the process has slowed down but is still working at a decent pace. A lot of people from 2012 are getting their PPs back.

Effective Monday, in order to persuade the Government that binding arbitration remains the responsible way forward to resolve our dispute, PAFSO members will withdraw all services until further notice at Canada's fifteen largest visa processing centres abroad: Abu Dhabi, Ankara, Beijing, Cairo, Delhi/Chandigarh, Hong Kong, London, Manila, Mexico City, Moscow, Paris, Riyadh, Sao Paulo, and Shanghai.

This is bad. They will remove ALL services.
