Finally, after 11 months of file reaching NDVO and 10 months after going in process.

Thank you to everyone who has been there with me, through the ups and downs. I'm praying everyone gets to be with their loved ones soon.

When exactly your status got changed... I think I am only one left with April 2012 submission date..... God knows what they are doing with our application..........

i got my gcms notes today
on top of that notes they have written passed
now the eligibility process is going on
still criminility, security check required
medical has been expired
there is no red flag or refusal at all
on every page or file they have written eligible
so can u tell me wt exact is going on ,,,hoping to see the revert

I am actually sponsoring my wife. My application got approved on December 6th last year and was sent to NDVO on December 17th, 2012.
Same here no hard feelings, I am happy that this year applicants already got their visa's. But, its very upsetting what NDVO is doing... They should issue visa's for last applicants and then move to this year applicants.

Regarding travel history: She was in UK for 2 yrs straight related to her job, which we already provided them UK PCC, and paid extra so our work get done asap...That's all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, god knows how they work.

Wish that my wife get visa also asap. So, tired of this wait now...

Don't worry My friend. I am also April 2012 Applicants like you and Maplegal. I am sure we will get our Case Process in this month.

Dear Isha, GCMS (Global Computerized management System) is a file management system where CIC put there notes about the file of applicant. You can order your GCMS at https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do there is NO fee if you apply under privacy Act.

By the way what is your time line?

Reeyan don't worry anytime now......with the look of 2012 applicants everyone whos medical is expiring is getting visa's suddenly even 2013 have started getting visa's again.....just don't loose hope and have a little more patience...inshallah good news coming your way

Yes, in April 2013 and already submitted. New medical received and passes is reflected in out CAIPS notes.

hello friends and seniors

I would be filing an application of spouse soon. I don't know few thing
(a) For how long shall I be working to sponsor my wife? I mean how many months after getting a job can I file her application?
(b) I would be working as a general labour in a factory but that job is not fixed, its part time job and this is on call job, the agent gives a call and tell the location. would it be fine to apply?
(c) Payment is made in Cash? so how to show that the amount is actually earned?
(d) worked last year and made very few dollars during short stay in canada. No option C, I think its Income tax return? what shall I do for it
