MY PASSPORT WAS DELIVERED TO NEW DELHI HIGH COMMISSION ON 27TH NOVEMBER...(AS PER INDIAN POST TRACKING DETAILS)...STILL MY ECAS SHOWS STATUS "APPLICATION RECIEVED"...TILL TODAY NO UPDATES..

ANY GUESSES THAT HOW LONG IT USUALLY TAKES TO GET PASSPORT BACK STAMPED WITH VISA...???

Chitraajay n Cal2can we have same timelines...u guys got some movement in ur case but for me its same app. recd even when i didnt check my ecas for like 15 days n thought may b NDVO would surprise me but NOT.....So tired of it :-X

hey mine was delivered on 1st decembr... we have almost same timeline i guess.. my ecas shpws app received as well... someone i know said it should take 6 weeks approx.. bt goin by the posts here i think we gona be waiting a little longer since processing has become a little slow since deceber.. still gud luck and hoping u get ur pp bak soon...

Dear Ramandhami,
Don't get ur hopes high n expect the passport soon coz there r still a lot of applicants in the forum who have submitted their passports in july, aug n sept and are still waiting for the visa. I sent mine in Sept. and mine is still app. recd. So give it atleast couple of months till u expect the visa. Before they used to process faster n give visa in like a 1 month n half max after asking for the passport but now its about 4 months n more waiting time.....

6 weeks is history!!!!!!!!!! now its like 4 months n more going by trend :'(

yup i figured dat out.. its amazing how much variation can happen in just a yr.. the person m talkinn abt got her visa in sept this year only... oh well... its very cold in canada newaz!!!

My passport is with them since sept 19th. So u still need to wait They are doing it but slowly..Have patience I am sure you will hear from them..
