New Delhi - 2012 applicants

My wife's PR application now says "Decision Made" as of today. It went straight from "Application Received" to "Decision Made". Hopefully, it is a good decision! On friday I saw under ecas that her current address became my address in Canada and her Indian address became her mailing address - So, that was a clue to me that her application is being looked at. And, just now I logged into ecas and saw the "Decision Made" message.

Thanks, Manorite. My PPR was delayed and I didn't get it for almost 7 weeks after the file transfer. But, the DM came quickly after sending in the PP. I am sure it will be same case with yours too as you are still waiting for your PPR. So, don't worry.... you will get your PPR very soon and the visa will be right behind it.

Its sent by EMS (Indian Post) that is registered service. it will deliver to Indian address by regular post man.
your wife may be get it by wednesday or most probably on thursday.

I Just got mine today with Visa..

Thats awesome! we are still waiting for the Passport our DM was monday July 23rd. We are in Pune.. perhaps thats why its taking longer.. where are u located? Delhi? Do u know if there is no one at home what would the post man do?

The post man usually take the package back to the local post office. you can check with the local post office as well.

Thats wht hppnd when my dad applied for his PR back in 2006, we went down the local post office to get our PP as no one was home.

23rd was Monday, average time to send PP is about 5 business dayz. PUNE! i guess max by wednesday...or as i said there z no harm checking with the local post office.
