Parents are PR holders and if baby born outside Canada …what are the options to bring baby along with parents at the earliest.
Baby would need a TRV to travel to Canada. If refused, one parent must return to Canada to sponsor the child for PR. If child comes on TRV, the child does not have healthcare until PR is received. So have a good healthcare plan for a year.
