my maternal uncle is living with his wife in canada(toronto) for over 10 years, i want to know that can he sponser me, by the way he showed my name in dependant catagory in his papers when he was going to canada as a spouse..plzzz guide me in detail

I doubt if he can now! Since it's been over 10 yrs, did they issue u the visa back then? I yes then don't need another application. An immigration consultant would provide a better answer..

no i did no get any thing from canadian embassy.I was 10 or 11 years old when he got his spaouse visa.
now i am 21. can any one tell me the actual defination of "dependant child"

Why were you listed as his dependent? If he adopted you, he could sponsor you now.

he did not adopt me, he just showed my name in dependent catagory

In order to be sponsored now, you would have also had to have been medically examined as part of your uncle's original application.
