i submit my file on 10 july and get back on 30 sep and the reason is that ur name is not on lmo i want to that wht should i mean what is the meaning of ur name is not on lmo ...
please experts help me ..i have only 1 month

Your employer might have filed for an open unnamed LMO. It happens when your employer wants to fill up a position but has not decided on the candidate. In that case he files for an LMO without foreign workers name. However, it becomes the duty of the employer to add name to the LMO after identifying the foreign worker who will fill that position. This becomes mandatory before applying for work permit.

In your case, your employer has to first add your name to the LMO and then you can apply for Work Permit. As per my thinking, it doesn't take more than a week to do that. So please advise your employer to do it.
