@Michael... What you got is passport request. You have to submit your passport to VFS for stamping. @FPaikar.... If your wife has also applied for OWP, she should also get a seperate approval letter. I got one for me and one for my wife. Thanks....

The Work Permit and TRV is based on the duration of LMO. You cannot apply for WP which is extending your LMO duration. Having said that, just for your knowledge, LMO mentions duration in years I.e. 2 years in your case and has a validity. You cannot apply for WP after the validity date of LMO...

Pediatrician report was asked by CIC and not by the consulting physician. Once the report is sent to CIC, they may or may not demand for a pediatrician report. In my case it was demanded. It may not be demanded in your case. So you have to wait for it. Thanks

You need not do anything. Just wait for passport request from CIC. If you don't get reply in 20-25 days, then send a mail or do a case specific enquiry by attaching receipts. But most important thing, keep following up with CDC to send your reports to CIC. Thanks...

If you have applied online, try to renew your passport through Tatkaal. You can then send the new passport with old passport for stamping. Normally the visa stamping is till validity of passport.
