I want to know basic about LMIA. For example, what are minimum criteria who can apply, how can I apply? Please, Any one suggest me a source. I already have open work permit for next two year.
You can't apply. Only an employer can apply. Minimum criteria are that the employer must advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role before the application can be submitted. There are also salary requirements and it won't be approved if you are paid less than you should be.
