Hi if some one has 11 months full time, continuous, paid, work experience 50 hours per week total ( 2200) hours in one Noc so it will be equal = to 1 year work experience. so he can count and apply as 1 year work experience in that Noc please suggest.

No - it's not equal to 1 year of work experience. And no - you cannot apply for PR with 11 months of work. You actually need to work 12 full months. It doesn't matter if you work 30 hours a week or 90 hours a week. Each week is still only counted as a single week (you can't carry over the hours to form additional weeks) - and you need 12 full months of work.

thanks for your advice if candidate is 1 month short of 12 months and has more than 1560 hours like 2200 hours still doest count as 1 year experience very strange.

It's not strange at all. It's a very basic and well understood rule. To have one year of work experience, you must have enough hours worked AND you must have worked a minimum of 12 months. You only meet one of these requirements and therefore don't have a year of work experience.

Thanks again left the job in March 2017 if she rejoin next month in September and work for one or two months then it will count as 12 months= 1 year. Please suggest

Assuming she is a FSW applicant and is looking to obtain a year of continuous work experience to be eligible under such program then since there has been a break in continuity she would have to work for a full year continuously to meet this requirement.

Assuming she is a CEC applicant then yes, she would have to work for another month to meet the eligibility criteria.

Yes planning to apply Exprees entry FSWP SCHOOL TEACHER NOC 4031 or 4032 so if she join again next month will not work.

Hi we recheck she works 11 Months 15 days how many days a person should work in a Month to count that he works for a month in canada immigration system.
