Need help Filling PR Card first time !! Help on Fees payment

Hi,

I am about to Land in Canada for the first time after getting COPR , so I am preparing the PR CARD application .

Do I need TO PAY THE FEES 50 CAD and take the receipt for the FIRST PR Card application and submit while landing for first time ??

Or the CAD 50 fee is only for PR Card renewals??

Since you are landing in Canada for the first time, there is no need to fill out the PR card application or pay any fees. The PR card application is for PR card renewals.

I have question when we land FIRST TIME in Canada DO WE need to fill IMM 5445(Application for permemant residence) AND give it to IMMigration Officer?

OR

we just have to mention our address in Canada so that PR card mailed to our address in CANADA?
