Need advise: going to get married soon, please tell me how to bring my spouse

I'm going to get married next month and have no idea about how to bring my spouse to Canada after the marriage

Kindly help me,
I'm now in open work permit, working in Canada for almost 1.5 years now and haven't apply for PR yet.
I'm originally from India

Please guys, need your help!
