Today after noon my passport status changed it has been dispatched. I am very nurvus bcz i haven't received any approval mail yet.

Submit to new delhi chc 29/04/2013
Medical request 22/08/2013
Medical done 23/08/2013
Report send by dr. Chc 30/08/2013
Passport status changed 6/09/2013

Tajinder: I am sorry for the refusal and I don't know what you can do to improve your next application. I understand that long distance truck drivers ARE in demand in some provinces, otherwise an LMO would not have been approved. Although the VO did not specify, it sounds like your ties to home are not strong enough, which is why they believe you will not leave and question purpose of visit. When does the LMO expire? Do you have any time to reapply if you can improve your application? Can you think of any more assets (they MUST be yours, not parents'), responsibilities, family ties, why you want to come to work temporarily in Canada and how that would impact your job opportunities back home? I hope you can work things out. Good Luck.

After long long wait of 5 mnths yesterday i got refusal from chandigarh embassy. Reasons for refusal are purpose of visit
Limited employment prospects in your country of residence
Your current employment situation and
Leave canada by the end of period authorized for stay

Applied date 1/4/2013
Telephonic interview 4/5/2013
Passport dispatch 5/5/2013
Passport recvied 6/5/2013

Applied for long haul truck driver with lmo.
Exprience more than 5 years
Ielts 6.5
Funds in cash 3 lac
Fixed deposit 7 lac
Personal assets more than 2 crore
Family assets 5 crore
Salary not fixed its on commision basis
Guys please help me what shuld i do now

Today morning i received email from chc my visa has been approved.
i would like to clear about one query to every one if ur passport validity is lees than 6 months don't worry about that they approve ur application you must have 6 months validity when u apply ya if ur spouse work visa validity is less than 6 months then they reject ur application.
i got only 5 months visa because my passport is going to expire on 11/02/2014 tats y i got only visa till date.

i would like to clear about one query to every one if ur passport validity is lees than 6 months don't worry about that they approve ur application you must have 6 months validity when u apply ya if ur spouse work visa validity is less than 6 months then they reject ur application.
i got only 5 months visa because my passport is going to expire on 11/02/2014 tats y i got only visa till date.

Hi manish congratulations...Well can you tell me which e-mail was registered in your application.Like is that of you or your consultant?

and did you/your consultant receive e-mail from high commission after your passport has been dispatched or before that?

It is register my email. And dont worry u 100% get visa . May be tommorow or today u ill receive approval email and one thing i have seen and find thoes are got medical request they r got approval so dont woory good nwes will come
