My wife is HR professional. She was HR officer for 10 months in organization. Previously, she was Manager Learning solutions (or training and dev) for 3.5 years.

Is she eligible?

Based on the CIC's requirements your wife should have 1 year of continuous, full-time (or an equal amount of part-time) paid work experience. What sort of Manager was she before? Was it in Education or IT?

She was in training and development. but the title of the job was Manager Learning. Also what is sub-cap

What responsibilities did she have while working as a Manager in Training and Dev? If it is similar to the required NOC then she shouldn't have a problem.
