If the responsibilities and qualifications match then there is eligibility. It has to be under that particular NOC.

Based on the CIC's requirements your wife should have 1 year of continuous, full-time (or an equal amount of part-time) paid work experience. What sort of Manager was she before? Was it in Education or IT?
