My Spouse didn't get his BIL

I applied for a student visa with my husband's SOWP, I received the BIL within 5 hours of submitting my application. I have submitted the application on 30th May, but my husband has not received his BIL. Should I submit the webform or should we wait more?

Post under international students or foreign workers. Sometimes BIL for accompanying spouse can take days, and SOWP is processed at different times.
