march 2 2009 submit my application to manitoba
feb 11 2010 received letter of approval
july 12 2010 submit to cem
august 11 received AOR and additional documents
like RPRF,NBI.TRANSCRIPT,DIPLOMA and CERT of Employment
august 30 2010 submit to CEM

after kong mareceive yung LOA natagaln kong ipasa Kasi dito ako sa usa tagal kumuha ng fbi clearance dito inabot ng 4 months but anyway naipasa ko na lahat waiting na lang for MR. my kids in the philippines but me and my wife dito sa usa .pano kaya yung procedure nun sa medical. waiting pa ako for medical

congratulations! i have some questions regarding the medical exam.

another question is the form that we need to fill up. i received form A (with my photo attached already) together with the medical request. what other forms do we need to fill up? can we download it now so that we can do it at home to save time? or is it only available in nationwide? i am under Family stream of the MPNP.

eto po ung sa akin:

July 2009 - submitted my documents to MPNP
November 2009 - approved and received file number
January 2010 - submitted all the originals
February 2010 - received letter for medical and additional requirements
April 2010 - medical was submitted by the clinic to CEM

and now I haven't received any letter yet from CEM. I am wondering why it takes too long to received the letter to submit my passport.

Tagal nga, pero yung application, kung kamukha nung sa min, is good for 11 months. So baka by October andyan na.

paano po ba mag follow up sa CEM at di po ba un maapekyo sa application?

I don't think it will have any effect on the application if you do a follow up. It's just a matter of inquiring with CEM in a polite manner if they were able receive your medical results - normally they would respond in a matter of days (kapag thru email). I already did a follow-up before nung napapraning ako sa tagal ng MR ;D (atat mode! hahaha!) If they respond with a YES, this would ensure you that the process is still ongoing, there just might be some verifications being made. Kung NO naman ang sagot nila (which I think malabong mangyari), then baka hindi naiforward ng clinic or baka nung iforward ng clinic eh hindi pa nabuksan or naasikaso ni CEM. Again, I'm saying na malabong hindi nareceive ng CEM ang medical results mo. Baka nga sila pa ang magfollow-up sa iyo if you were not able go thru your medicals since they give a deadline for you to finish this di ba?

kay timbol clinic un, tumawag ako dun at sabi april 23 naipasa na daw po at ok na lahat, kung may kulang namn po e di sana nainform ako

All in all - 7 months processing in manila.
For those whos waiting darating din yung sa inyo little by little hangang visa issuance na.
