MPNP--Manitoba application track

I spent 8 months and still waiting for my LOA or Interview call for my sponsors. I applied in December 2010 and my case is moving at snails pace. MPNP is answering questions about my case and not telling how long it will take. I am dishearten because of such a long time

MPNP General stream (Applied in dec 2010)
Got temp file number in Dec 2011
Submitted required documents in Dec 2011
Still waiting, waiting waiting, waiting waiting, waiting waiting, waiting and waiting

Hi,

I was asked to submit IELTS result, I got 6.5 overall score and would like to submit it the fastest way. Should I submit it via email? fax? hardcopy via regular mail?
Also, do I need to have it notarized?

I just need some help, i am applying for general stream and i been working in a call center for 9 yrs and have a degree, do I still need to take IELTS with the new policy? or a certificate from my employer stating that English is our main language in the company, will do? thank you in advance.

well. its been a month since we apply online, nothing other than the email saying they got the aplication... I guess no news is good news...
how long does it take them to request additional documents if they need to?

You would still need to take your IELTS.

I called MPNP and they said no you cannot proceed with 2 cases at the same time. You must have only one case with us.

There must be some thing seriously wrong with your application as i remember from your sons posts that you fall under family stream so look in to the option for withdrawing your application. Then your son submit new family stream application (online)

There is nothing wrong. I don't fall under family stream because I am 60 years old and the age limit is 55. That's why I am eligible for General Stream. I don't think so that its a good decision to withdraw my case in the middle and apply on behalf of my son in Family stream.

What will come in "Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application" for pakistan in Generic Application form ? Will it be Islamabad or London ?

If it is "London" and someone wrote "Islamabad" by mistake then what will happen with application ?

LOA is only sent thru regular mail...if your mailing address is ur sponsor's address in Canada it may take 3-5 business days...if it's outside canada, 4-6 weeks...
