MPNP--Manitoba application track

Hi Guys, I am new to this forum. I am principal applicant on my MPNP application with my wife and son as a dependent. My other son lives in Winnipeg who is the sponsor on my application. I filed the application in Sep 2010 and received the approval in May 2011. The approval letter says I now need to submit canada PR forms to local canadian embassy in my country.

As per my understanding I need to send
1. Application form for permanent residence in canada (separate forms for all 3 people on my application)
2. Schedule 1 / Background decleration form (separate forms for all 3 people on my application)
3. Schedule 4 / Economic classes form (just filled by me)
4. Additional family info form (just filled by me)
5. Police clearance certificate (for all 3 people on my application)
6. Medical clearance certificate (for all 3 people on my application)

Can someone please help me to understand if these are the right documents to submit? and if I need to submit anything else? Any other general advise would be very appreciated.

yup foradlai, ang tagal nga ngayon, napag abutan yata tayo ng lean season processing ng CEM,,hehehe..anyways darating at darating din yung mga visa natin for sure in God's perfect time,,pero sana wag masyado matagal..hahahaha

hello po MS. MAYET a.k.a. TEYAM ask ko lang po ilang days from PPr nung nag request ng panibagong doc update ang CEM? baka kc hingan pa kame din after PPR namin e..

May 09 passport request nio.. Then May 27 ung addtional request ng docs right? pero what date po nio sinend passport nio sa embassy??

I have a question po regarding sa pictures. Can I use the same pictures po dun sa application forms (Application for Permanent Residece in Canada) and sa photos required by CEM with specified measures? Thanks.

kami we submitted new pics kasi it was indicated that the pictures should be within 6 mos.

Thanks joy_p. Pero yung new pics na ginamit nyo...pareho? Kasi i'm planning to use new pictures na naka-paste dun sa application forms. Tapos may hinihingi rin yung CEM na may specified measures na susulatan ng info sa likod, so i assume isu-submit ko lang sila ng ganun (di nakadikit sa kung saan man para makita yung info sa likod).

tama si joy_p... better to submit new pictures of you kase beyond 6 months na kung october 2010 pa yung pics nyo...

actually parang mali yung tanong ko...ok lang bang palitan ko yung pictures na pinaste ko sa applications forms na sinubmit ko sa canada...at sa CEM (not yung pictures na nire-request)? since old forms naman yung gagamitin ko.

brothers and sisters pa-advise naman po ng travel agency... though february 2012 pa naman target po namin umalis... ;D Inisip ko kase mga chikiting ko (ages 5, 2 & 1)... Baka mahirapan kami mag asawa kung di pa naglalakad yung bunso ko... By then siguro super ready na talaga kami...

Ok lang po yun kase kelangan daw po within 6 months yung time frame ng pagkakakuha ng pic prior to submission sa CEM.

yes, as long as there are two persons willing to sign an affidavit of support in your favor.

yes, palitan mo. follow the specifications din regarding the measurement. tsaka i suggest palitan mo din yung forms, kasi yun yung mali namin. sinubmit lang namin yung old forms, pero when we received the AOR, hiningan kami ng updated documents. wala namang nabago, pero feeling ko, yung signature. kasi kung old forms yung submit mo, ibig sabihin yung signature mo nung oct 2010 pa. kasi ganun yung sa amin, july 2010 kasi yun yung form na submit nmin sa manitoba.
