For the info of our classmates in this forum, per my NBI contact, pag ang NBI clearance daw ang nakalagay ay NO DEROGATORY RECORD ibig sabihin ay clear na clear, meaning, walang kapangalan, walang na file na case, walang maling data or info sa file. Pag NO RECORD ON FILE daw, ibig sabihin ay may nakapangalan pero na clear na, sa data ay may mali pero naayos na din or may naging case pero clear na din. Yan pala ang difference ng NO DEROGATORY RECORD and NO RECORD ON FILE. Na praning kasi akong bigla kanina kaya tinawagan ko agad ang contact kong taga NBI at nag check ako ng NBI clearance namin at thank God NO DEROGATORY naman nakalagay... Ang mga embassies daw kasi may access sa NBI, kaya pwedeng pwede macheck nila..... God Bless us all....

But my hubby's NBI ( No Derogatory Record ), mine ( No Record on File ), but we both had an interview sa QUALITY CONTROL DEPT / NBI nun, pareho kasi kaming may kapangalan na may KASO, ang nakakaloko pa sa lugar din nmin ang address nila ( mag-asawa din siguro, LOL )....THANK GOD, PROVEN WE'RE INNOCENT.
Ang naisip ko nga nun, ginamit nila ang names nmin, para makapanloko. May mga cases kasi na ganun, kaya ingat guys!

My cousin's wife nman, nung kukuha passport, may gumamit na ng name nia na hindi nia kilala, may na issue nang passport using her name. Kaya ayun, hassle ( but challenging ) pina NBI pa nila yung culprit, at tinakot nang tinakot. Kaya dapat pla talaga KIDS palang kuha na dapat ng passport habang bata. Kahit wala pa plan travel abroad.

Just finished our medical and my son was referred to a specialist in Makati Med. He has skin asthma and the doctor issued a clearance already. Should we still inform the embassy regarding this? It's not an additional test wherein the embassy should be informed of as indicated on medical request. Still I'm not yet decided if I should or not :-\. Need your inputs please... If I should, does anyone know their e-mail address?

consolidation pwede na even if you are not yet resigned. termination naman (correct me if this is wrong) at least 45 days before your intended departure you can file it na. go to the pag-ibig website>downloadable forms.

for consolidation po, what you need is this form (sign it and make a photocopy so you have proof that they received it): Request For Transfer Of Member's Records and Loan Details (FPF400)

for the termination:
Application for Provident Benefits Claim - (FPC010)
the said benefits claim form has the GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS as well as the LIST OF REQUIRED RECORDS indicated on the 2nd page po.

Yeah, natandaan ko kayo doon mismo sa harap ng nagbibigay ng number kayo nakaupo, ako kasi add'l test yun sa akin di pala repeat test walang number, mabilis lang ako kaya nauna akong nakaalis sa inyo... darating na din yang PPR nyo.. madami na ang waiting for PPR... welcome sa forum at saka Manitoba BM...

@ peony, the medical clinic issued the referral to the specialist. the specialist confirmed that the clearance was forwarded to medclinic yesterday. do you think i shoud e-mail pa the embassy? sabi kc sa letter ng med request, you have to inform them if its an additional test. it's not an additional test but only a specialst clearance, what do you think?

I think you need to call the medclinic and ask them about the clearance that has been given by the specialist. Then ask them also if they have forwarded your med result to embassy.

At least na clear kayo agad. May mga taong wala talagang magawa sa buhay, pati ibang tao na nananahimik eh idinadamay pa. Regarding passport naman, may friend din ako na nagamit ang name nya with matching birth certificate na fake. Mabuti na lang din at napatunayan sa DFA na hindi talaga siya yong gumamit ng passport kasi may picture naman sa form and then yong birth cert nya ay authentic. Ang hindi ko lang alam eh kung nahuli yong gumamit ng name nya... With our faith in HIM lahat tayo makakaalis papuntang Canada..... God Bless us all.....

to those who are planning to refund their Pag-Ibig contributions nga pala, i am sharing the processes with you. ginuide ako dito ni Irene (iab03) kaya THANK YOU to her.
i just had my consolidation request received at my current Pag-Ibig branch a few days ago so that the account from my previous employer will be merged dun sa current. i wasn't able to consolidate before since hindi ako nakapag-loan pa ever sa kanila.
when I arrived in Makati 1 Branch hindi naman ako pumila - pinadirecho lang ako sa window nung receiving person nila, he signed it and the photocopy of the form I carried with me. he wrote there a phone number and the name of the person i am to call after 2 to 3 weeks daw. so waiting ako ngaun.

should the consolidation be completed, ang next ko gagawin is the termination naman. as per irene's experience in about a week after she submitted the termination form and the other required documentations, she already got the refunds. so ayun, it seems may mga 1 month din ang processing sa Pag-Ibig should you opt to claim your contributions since permanent departure na po tayo from Pinas. Sayang din halagang makukuha duon, not a lot pero pandagdag funds na din for plane tix and other stuff di po ba?

question lang po... pano mo malaman na hindi pa consolidated ung pag-ibig contributions? hindi ba nag ooto-consolidate ang pag-ibig? kelangan i-request ng member b4 nila i-consolidate?
