Your payment must be included in your application to NS. You can pay the processing fee and the RPRF at the same time if you want to. You can pay using your credit card, certified cheque, money order or bank draft. Just follow what is stated in the FEE PAYMENT FORM (IMM5620E) and you will never go wrong.

It is not required to pay them both at the same time. You can pay the RPRF at the later stage when asked by your Visa Office to do so. Just do what is convenient to you, as long as you pay the processing fee when you submit your application to NS.

have you also heard any disapproval after requiring additional docs from PA?

To date, I was not required any additional document after SP2. Anyone who experienced same thing as you have may reply to your query.

As per above information software engineer is regulated in canada.
It will be of great help if you take sometime to respond few of my queries.
1.What steps will you take to meet the requirements for working in this occupation in Manitoba?
2.Can you start the licensing process before you arrive?If yes, please explain what steps will be taken to start the licensing process before you arrive in Manitoba:
3.If your occupation is regulated, in what related, non-regulated occupations could you find skilled employment in Manitoba based on your training and work experience?

I sent the SP2 including the supporting documents submitted to me by my Supporter to mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca five days ago, I am just wondering how come they did not acknowledge my email regarding receipt of my Supporter's documents. Do they usually reply / acknowledge? Any advise will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

As long as we share our questions and clarifications , I need to hear from you about the information which must be given to strengthen my settlment plan part 2

" my sponsor asked me what he can say in SP2 in question asking ( How you will help to connect the applicant to settlment services in Manitoba ? )

After I look at website under section of arrive and settle , I found general points like following ;

Settlement services provide information and assistance on issues including:

housing information
finding child care
enrolling children in school .... etc


So , guys any recommendation to solve this question and tell me what best sponsor to say showing he can connect me with these services ?

Application submitted online
AOR : January 19, 2013 (received by email with file #)

On January 18 my friend got email to complete Settlement Plan part 2, he sent it by email on January 21 and after a couple of days he got confirmation by email that his Plan was received.

I did not receive any acknowledgement of SP2 either, but mine was personally handed to Manitoba office by my sponsor. What I did was, I sent them an email to inquire and they did reply.

As I've mentioned, I sent them an email enquiry. But I only did that after a month of SP2 submission.
