Hi guys! After more than 2 years of waiting, me and my sponsor were interviewed yesterday feb 4.

Here is my timeline again: GS applicant

Date applied: Dec 2012. My sponsor in Manitoba submitted it.
AOR : Apr 2013
Sponsor interview: Feb 4 2015

but why your interview ?

That im not sure why im being interviewed. I thought its only the sponsor who will be called. But maybe it depends on the Officer handling your application. My sponsor and I were called same day , the officer was able to talk to my sponsor first and then right after i received a call.

Just to share the the questions asked by the Officer from me:

1. Things About myself
- Relatives who lives in Canada/ are they PR or Citizen
- My plans in Canada when i get there
- where do i plan to stay in Manitoba
- Who is my representative in my application
- Did i send any update on my application like document, email to Mpnp ( here they know if you also emailed them asking for the status of your application, they have a record and good thing i only inquired once)

2. Things about my Sponsor
- Who is my sponsor
- How did i get to know her
- How long do we know each other
- where does she live in canada
- What / where is your sponsor job in canada and before she went to canada
- when did she go to canada
- how long have been staying in canada
- what schoold did she graduated from
- is the sponsor married? what is the name of his husband
- does she have kids? how old are they?
- do you know her parents? where are they staying?
- does she have brothers or sisters? how many? do you know them?
- when was the last time you talked to the sponsor?
- when was the last time you saw the sponsor?

Hope this helps. applicants must be prepared also just in case they will be called for interview.

Hello Fellow MPNP Applicants!

After more than 3 long years of waiting, I got a call from MPNP Program Officer as well as my sponsor for an interview. I know it will still take some time, but at least I know my application is moving. I thought my application went to trash.

Thnx lord now the count down begins file.be rec by cic hope to receive UCI number in coming days

Can any share how much time it take to receive the UCI number and if they want any additional documenta will they return yhe file or else will reply in email
