Dear Friends,

My application is rejected by email letter. They are not happy with my manitoba connection. They said my ties with friends are not strong. I am not happy at all---so upset.
Don't know what to do.

It must be very sad after more than a year of waiting.

Let me just ask, how was the interview with your sponsor/s? Reaching the sponsor's interview stage is a big thing that means they are satisfied with your qualifications and they just want to determine the support your sponsor/s can give you.

Is that the only thing they stated in your email from MPNP?

I am sorry that you have received a letter of rejection. Have you emailed your supporters with this matter? I am quite surprise that MPNP has used an email notification on this.

You are right.I have got 56 points for qualifications but 0 for adaptation.i.e. they are doubt about sponsor support and my relation to sponsors.

I submitted it through email last April 22 and until now I did not receive any confirmation letter from MPNP if they already received my new COE. Should I expect email from them that they received my latest COE or they dont send notification email anymore?

I have updated also my COE last April 15 up to this point, no acknowledgment email has been received. Other says they do not send notification.

How I wish you can ask for RFR (Request For Review) but;

The MPNP will NOT consider a request for review when:

1. Submission of new information or documents is the basis for the request.
2. Strength of relationship to a Manitoba Supporter (that is, the Manitoba resident endorsing your Settlement Plan) or having a weak
connection to Manitoba was the main reason for our decision not to nominate.
3. Having stronger ties to another Canadian province was the main reason for a decision not to nominate.
4. The applicant claims higher English ability, and results of an IELTS or other MPNP-approved language test were submitted with the
application.

Do you know someone else in Manitoba who can sponsor you? Because that is the only way you can re-apply. Unlike before, now you only need one sponsor even under GS.

you can e-mail them asking if they receive it, I've done it before...

@ IWCI it's really sad after a long wait you got rejection letter... But I hear it's first time tht applicant got decision through email. They always send printed letter. You have any relative or family member in other province.

would you mind to share to us what was written on the email they've sent to you?? how come they were not convinced to your connection to your friends?? maybe you can appeal for an explanation for them??.. Don't lose hope God is there... ask for a help to him....

Hi Tweety, Emperor and Ad.

i recently posted about an error I made by filling 2011 version of IMM 0008 (family stream - Manitoba) and thought that would be the reason my AOR is getting delayed but later i though if that was the only error they should have returned application to file again. So i was going through my application forms again and found another stupid mistake that in correspondence/residential address I have filled my cousin's address which actually i filled when i orginally sent MPNP application form and thought that in IMM 0008 correspondence/residential address has to be in sync with what i am mentioning in Manitoba Nomination Application form, without putting brain that IMM 0008 is for later use to contact actual applicant not the sponsor.

its been good 70 days I haven't got AOR, and also call center # dont deal in nomination queries and dont how to approach CIC people and really dont know how long keep staring at unknown.....any advise guys

Oh sorry to hear and can you post the wording of the rejection letter and explain the relationship with this friend that sponsored you.

They hardly send confirmation of receipt but you can email them to confirm. You may be lucky.
