Payments by bank draft, certified cheque and money order payable to the "Receiver General for Canada" are acceptable. So, don't worry.

You have the chance to choose your Visa Office but CIC will decide last.
By the way, I am a Filipino.

You can apply under Family Stream. Do it ONLINE for faster processing. As I can gather from the information you have provided, you are in a better position to apply as MAIN APPLICANT than your wife.

If you will be the principal, your application can still be considered under Family Stream, better to do it online as it is way faster than mail application.

I got my LOA today via mail but it is dated dec. 5, 2012. I am confused where will i submitt the application. Please help thanks.

Can you share your timeline please. I need the ff details:
1. Stream?
2. Application by mail, online or was it directly submitted by your sponsor?
3. Exact date of application?
4. Exact Date of AOR?
5. Additional doc/s requested? Date of submission?
6. Sponsor's interview date?

In addition to what the seniors av advised, you need to make sure you submit a proof to establish that relationship. Like the birth cert of ur wife's uncle and her mum's too, which will clearly state the name of their parents.

Hi! I received email from MPNP asking for missing docs. I have to submit bank statement showing history for the last 3 months. Do any body here have requested bank account statement for the last 3 months in BPI? They only provide for the last 2 months. If requested for more than 2 months, it takes 1 month to process for BPI but the deadline for MPNP submission of missing docs is only 7 days. I need someone's help & guide please please.
