Thanks for the suggestion RAC1987 but unfortunately, I don't have a passbook because BPI doesn't use passbooks anymore.

Also BPI online banking shows only transactions for the last 60 days! Anyway, you've got one last chance...call your relatives back home and ask them to collect the bank statements which are being sent by BPI via snail mail on a monthly basis. Ask them to scan and send to you by email. I think that will solve your problem.

mpnp selects the stronger applications first who have work experience in regulated jobs which are in high demands and has labour shortage in that field + who have high english skills higher ielts band + have stronger family connection
Thats why some applicants get approved in short time

My cousin applied in 2010 in general stream with ielts 7.5 bands . He had engineering background in mechnical field and his application was approved in five months .

Yeah very true Rupinder don't know why our files are stuck in MPNP.I had a meeting with my Representive he said june Applicants are being processed Now.I am February one and you are April Month Applicant.I am So SAD

Today early morning i have recive mail fro CIC with My AOR..........
SO Happy to to get my AOR on Uttarayan Festival.

My draft encashed on 11dec and aor dated on 14 jan recive today

just to add that i read this information on their website saying.



The MPNP is based on a bilateral agreement with the Government of Canada which requires the province to thoroughly and consistently pre-screen all applicants to ensure that each nominee has a clearly demonstrated potential to become a successful economic immigrant to Manitoba.

This is why the MPNP processes the strongest applicants first by selecting those with confirmed employment, job-ready English, training and work experience indicating potential for employability and/or strong family connections.

Manitoba cannot guarantee processing times for any application because each application is assessed on its own merits and each requries follow-up with applicants and supporters to ensure program integrity.

Applicants who use the online application tool receive expedited processing.

I am planning to apply for PNP-Manitoba via online application as main applicant together with my wife and son.
I don't have a close relative in Manitoba province but my wife has an uncle with Permanent Resident status.
My wife and I are here in Singapore since 2006; I am the only one holding a Permanent Resident here.
Currently, my wife is looking for a job here in Singapore after she quitted her job last 2011.

Below are my questions:
1. Is it possible for me to be the main applicant or it is better my wife as she has an uncle in Manitoba?
2. If I will be the main applicant, is my application will be considered under family Stream as my wife has an uncle in Manitoba? If not, I need to apply via Mail under General Stream?
3. Which VISA Office do you think will handle my application later, is it Singapore or Philippines? I am asking this because I saw in CIC website that the processing time is much longer if it is in Singapore (20 months) compared to Philippines (11 months).

By the way, I am a Filipino.
