Hello jig nesh, ad123164 has to a large extent answered your question. I got my nomination via the exploratory visit stream and I must confess to you it worth every effort and money spent on that visit and am grateful that MPNP granted me the visit as well as LOA. It will be unfair of we the applicants get nominated and ultimately obtain PR and thereafter deprive Manitoba of the required skills to drive it economy by going elsewhere. I read in this forum where someone who was on a work permit and later sponsored by Quebec and was at the stage of passport request but the Quebec province got to know he has moved to Ontario. They notified CIC and himself of their withdrawal of the nomination of which was the end of his immigration aspiration via Quebec PNP.

While you can move I guess after obtaining PR, there may be a loophole to exploit by the province if they really want to go after you.

I am very interested. do they look at current occupation in demand to grant visit and LOA to applicants? I have 9 years of IT sales experience with a multinational company. I have Canada visit visa so if they approve I can go for a visit immediately. your guidance will be highly appreciated.

Yes, you are definitely eligible. Just wait awhile...MPNP is actually working on their backlog on GS applicants (especially those who applied by mail) since they have recently launched ONLINE application for GS. That is also one reason why suddenly the FS (mail & online) applications have slow movement due to GS backlog.

Really? in that case, processing of our applications will be better and faster.... i really hope so...
all we have to do is to wait and pray that things will go smoothly and favorable to us also

Hey Ad123164, How did you know that MPNP is working on the backlogs? have you emailed them? Or Just an observation? Either way, its a goodthing if they are working it, because it is unacceptable applicants will wait for a year. There should always be check and balance. ;D

Thank you so much for sharing this. Now, it make sense that most of the LOA are coming from members who have applied May-July of lastyear. It is also relief from me because, i thought they are neglecting my app (Aug31). Thanks. A thumbs up for MPNP for clearing backlogs first.

you should not huff and lose hope just pray to God, maybe this month is your month, and it will surprise you that one of these days your sponsor will be interviewed by them.. cheer up ;D 8)
