I have a question that i dont have a friend or relative in Manitoba but im scoring the minimum score required for MPNP. Can i still apply for MPN. Please guide and tell me how can i fulfill the criteria.

my wife has lived in 2 addresses only in her entire life, their home when she was single and at our address when we got married. but on our marriage contract, her address is different, we don't even know who's address it is. the reason, when we were applying for our marriage contract, she had her brother, who's working with the local government and had connections with people, do the paperwork, so we wouldn't need to attend the seminar and counselling anymore. now, i know CIC will be asking for our marriage contract and will see that address, should i just include that address in her background declaration, tell them she only lived there for a month? or could we just omit that?

Thank you Znarfier, unfortunately birth certificate of my cousin's mom no longer exists . I'm trying to find another way to prove my relationship with her. I didn't think it would be this troublesome, but I believe it's doable. So still fingers cross.

I submiitted my full application last dec 31 (philippines) after 4 hrs i received my file number. My supporter in winnipeg submitted SP2 same date dec 31. Up to now my cousin didnt received yet any receipt confirmation. What to do next? And yesterday he resend my sp2. Hoping for confirmation.

the mpnp requires that you submit your completed spp2 within 30 days.

Here are some of the DOX that will help you...

1. copies of joint account statements
2. copies of leases
3. Utility bills, etc.

sorry, i just cant give you an advise with this. try asking those who have similar experience. I hope someone out there can shed a light to this predicament and issue you are into.

Now, I have a couple of acquaintances in Canada but outside of Manitoba. Will it strengthen my application if I include them?

It won't strengthen your file. If they are blood relations then you have to mention that to MPNP.
