Addition You can not apply PGWP twice, so once your one year PGWP gets expired you will either go for restoration your extension which will be allowed only if you will have PR in process or LMIA or LMOA.

Hey You don't need to notify CIC about institute change, it won't affect your current study permit but obviously after completing your study you will need to apply for PGWP asap. When you will apply for your PGWP you will only get one year permit instead of three years. One is very short time...
