i have a full time job in USA and am on h1b visa.
I wanted to move to canada for PR.
My company is willing to allow me to work from canada or hire me in Canada.
But they dont have physical office in Canada. They have company registered but no physical building.
What visa would they be able to apply for me to go and work in Canada?

There are only two options for your company to get you hired in Canada.
1. Apply for LMIA for you. Once approved you will be able to apply for Work Permit.
2. Apply for ICT (Intra-Company Transfer) visa for you.
NOTE: Both options require your company actively doing business in Canada, not just to be registered. So it seems highly unlikely that your company would be able to get any Canadian work visa for you.

When i say they are registered they actually have people working in canada who are local hires but all of them work remotely.
There is no office set up.
Our company have couple of clients in Canada and they pay taxes in canada and run payroll.
Considering these factors would it make any difference?
