Hi Guys,

I am currently residing in Montreal and have received CAQ and applied for federal stage but have not received AOR. Now i got married last month and my wife is in my home country. Can i apply for her caq now and add her in pr application? Would it delay my pr application? And as i am on open work permit, can she also apply for open work permit also?

CAQ or CSQ?

Yes , you must apply for her CSQ asap. Once you get her CSQ , you will need to re-submit updated forms to CIC. Yes , it will delay your PR but you won't need to start from scratch.
