Hi Guys. I have a question. If for some reasone they found that your application is misrepresented.
What would happen? would they deport you? or ban you from coming to canada? or just reject your application? and can you reapply?

Your application will be refused. CIC will then make a finding of misrepresentation and ban you from Canada for 2 years. This means that during this two year period, you will not be able to come to Canada, or apply for any kind of visa (visitor, work permit, student) to come to Canada, or apply to immigrate. You can also expect that any subsequent applications (i.e. applications you submit once the two year period is over) will be examined very closely for fraud and it will likely be impossible to qualify for any sort of temporary visa again (i.e. work, visitor, student).

It really depends on how you have misrepresented yourself.

If you have obviously lied about something, then yes your application will be refused and you will be banned from Canada for a period of time. However, if it's a minor error and it's obvious that it was unintentional - it's very unlikely your application will be refused.

Exactly how have you misrepresented yourself?

I second that, if it is an error unintentionally, you might be given a chance to correct it. Therefore, I don't think it is so called 'misrepresentation'.
