If you have a study permit, you can work part time for extra money (no more than 20 hours per week). If you continuously study for 2 years and graduate, you can be eligible for a 3 year work permit. Just to clarify he would need to save at least 30k. As a refugee that has become a resident in Italy I don't think that may be possible. I'm not sure what level of education you received but you would need to gather transcripts and the study visa would likely be turned down because of either proof of funds, lack of ties to Italy, etc.

What's not real? How much it costs to come to Canada as a foreign student? Yes - that's how much it costs. It's extremely expensive. It costs at least $25,000 per year in Canadian dollars. You can very easily google how much this is in naira. You'll see it's around 7.5 million.I don't sure this is real
