Medical card and Work permit

1. Medical cards and work permit have to be pick up by the office itself or by courier?
2. If I got medical card and open work permit from Toronto can I use these cards other provinces of Canada? If any body know please let me know.

2. The open work permit works anywyere. The OHIP (medical) card will only work in Ontario. You need to get a different card if you move to a new province. Each province has its own health care program.

you will get a brown paper id which will be your refugee claimant document and can be used for IFHP coverage for medical so don't worry

not all doctors accept IFHP so you will need to find a doctor who accepts it if you need medical care.
