What can be used as NID. Can Passprt.

I Have checked in other posts, nowhere properly mentioned, what can be used as NID?

In India, there are various ID cards issued by multiple authorities used for identification purposes (read: Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / PAN Card / AADHAAR Card / Voter Card etc). However for immigration purposes, it is better to use your 'AADHAAR' card issued by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) (Considered as the National Identity Card), if you have it. Or else, use your Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by Indian Income Tax Department which is almost equivalent to national ID card.

But there is no expiry date. I dont have UID till yet.

I will be again applying in May 2013 under FSWP......have you done with IELTS if not, plz do it now and try to obtain 6.5 bands or above.

You can choose the option NO if you do not have a UID.If you have one make sure it is authorized by the central government.

My wife will be applying coming for FSW coming May but we are really confused on the NOC code. CIC has yet to formally announce the list of NOC jobs and determining which code would be most appropriate is just driving us crazy. I have found that most of the rejection on FSW program has been due to wither misrepresenting your self with unrelated NOC code or either with mismatch of job duties that has been laid out on the specified NOC occupation.

There is no other option other than waiting for the official anouncement from cic.
No point in preparing without knowing the NOC and requirements. Its time to do the other known and confirmed things like spouse IELTS .

You can send your full package documents to Centralized Intake office in Nova Scotia. make it sure it's complete requirements.

Are you asking about the assesment for educational crederntial? If so then you need to get it done before you send in your application. But you can only get you educational credential assessed by an agency that the CIC appoints. So far CIC has not given out information about any such agencies, but is expected to do so some time in january. So you will need to wait until that happens.

One has to give family details also.

Let say, my father has no passport and UID will also not be applicable. In such case is there any mandatory requirement to give any of the Identity proof (for father), either passport or UID.
