Same story with me. Kids medical done in July 2017, Kids are on visitor visa in Canada and there 6 months will expire in next two months. Continoulsy writing to NDVO to expediate the case. Wish I could have relative or friend working in CIC....lol

hi Vignesh, in such case, you can send the passport to Ottawa. When you receive passport request, you can see this option on email.
