YES!!! I got Sponsorship approval few minutes ago!!!! It came from OttPilot-Immigration via e-mail. No AOR, straight approval!!!

I feel so relieved!!!! OMG!

Let's hope that the rest of late Aprilicants and May applicants get their Approvals soon!!!

Moving onto Stage 2 right now.

I don't have that. Mother in law has the letter. She grabbed the mail today. I won't see her til Sat.

don't worry about it - not much show on Ecas, you already know that sponsorship has been approved, and your file is on its way to London... mine was received almost 2 weeks ago and not much on ecas, apart from "medicals have been received" - which is always good of course, they can match it with my application...

Enjoy the good feeling of being approved!

you can put the UCI and the sponsor name - but ONLY last name, no hyphen no first name etc. It will only tell you that the sponsor is approved, and file sent to VO.

Otherwise you can put the file number, (starting with F) and the applicant name - ONLY last name, DOB and place of birth.
then click on the "application received" and you might see that your file has been received in London, and medicals has been received... at least that what mine is showing. also some updates on addresses ( both for sponsor and applicants).

That's good news... So, you did not receive anything (mail / email) for Sponsorship Approval?

How about the status on eCAS? Did you see any update after AOR?

The rest of April and May applicants, your approvals are on your way! Just hiding for a big surprise. Hang in there.

It took several days for eCAS to be updated. Don't worry. You are at the stage 2 now.

if you have been approved today, it's a bit early - ecas takes a couple of days to start working, so try again on monday or tuesday... the important part is to remember to match the file number with applicant and UCI with sponsor information, I don't think that capitals matter, but the name has to be spelled exactly the way it is on your Approval email...

Mate I see us waiting until at least next Tuesday. Monday is holiday for Canada and lately Fridays have been pretty much a no-show...

So expect us surpassing 90 days
