And I provided the following info
Family Name: XXXXXXXXXX
Given Name: XXXXXXXXXX
Date of Birth: XXXXXXXXX
I immediately replied and requested confirmation that as per my email, my application was received on 20th May 2011, and how it can be returned on 13th May? And that its July 11 already and I am not receiving any documents.

There is discrepancy in the dates anf if only there was a way of checking if NOC was actually capped at the time in question. Send a mail quickly and hope you do get clarification soon....Mandie
Mail them and explain them the situation this is what you can do but do it immediately....

Hi, I sent my application in the first week of May, and it was received by the CIO in the second week. I am applying through Buffalo VO. I still have not received email or postal communication from the CIO. I was thinking that the postal strike is to be blamed for it, but I see that some of those who applied around the same time got PER in June. Should I have definitely heard from the CIO by now? Please advise on what I should do.

U can see from the tracker that there is some delay with PER for May applicants....due to whatever reason. Just be a bit more patient and you will hear from them...good luck! Mandiejunkax said:
